Marlene Streeruwitz.
Nachwelt. Ein Reisebericht.

This novel by the contemporary Austrian writer and playwright tells about 10 days from the life of a middle-aged woman coming to a strange country to write the history of a strange life. This "external" travel of hers becomes also an "internal" travel. The plot well corresponds to the manner of narration - "cinematographic" and exquisitely realistic.
