A story of trifles – is a brilliant piece of work by the artist Yuri Annenkov (1889–1974). The action is set in Petersburg–Petrograd–Leningrad in 1910s–1920s, the protagonists are the persons from art, intellectual, scientific and cultural elite, those from the 20s album of drawing.
This first Russian edition is commented by A. Danilevsky.
