"Politics Time" by the famous poet and essayist, author of many poetry and prose books, is a collection of his selected essays published in an online publication InLiberty.ru. Lev Rubinstein designates his media prose as "the experience of periodical fine literature." The criterion by which the author was guided when compiling the collection is whether the text will be able to live a new life in a new and responsible context, the context of the book. And to evaluate it in its entirety is the reader's business. As in the very first book of his magazine essays "Cases from Language", published by Ivan Limbach, in the new collection Lev Rubinstein pays close attention to words that create or distort reality.
