Once again, now at the beginning of the XXI century, in a novel that has absorbed the experience of modernism, postmodernism and post-postmodernism (the creator of which is considered to be its author, Alban Nikolai Herbst), a sea voyage appears before us as a capacious metaphor of human life, known since the ancient Egyptian "Tales of the Castaway" and Homer's "Odyssey".
